All 4 bedrooms at Villa Ordinance have Ceiling fans, A/C, Cable TV, CD-Player, and Safety Deposit Boxes. The Master Bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms open to the large, covered verandah, enjoying views of the Slipway Marina. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with an open roof shower. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom, while the fourth bedroom, which features 2 double beds, has an outdoor shower. All bathrooms are equipped with wall hairdryers.

Villa Ordinance features a large indoor living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer with an ice dispenser, a four-burner gas range with oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffeemaker, Kettle, and Toaster. The utility room behind the kitchen has a washer and dryer. In the living/dining room, there is a TV, VCR and DVD-Player as well as a Radio and CD-Player.

Villa Ordinance has spacious outdoor areas for entertaining, relaxing, and sunbathing. There is also a fire BBQ with an outdoor dining area. The Swimming Pool is surrounded by a large sundeck with sun beds.
