Penthouse Suite at South Point Antigua

The 2-Bedroom Penthouse Suites at South Point Antigua are located within a boutique hotel on the waterfront overlooking the marinas of Falmouth Harbour with direct to the pool, jetty, and small private beach. The resort facilities are reserved for guests only, creating a peaceful, secluded oasis in the midst of Antigua’s most popular destination – outside of the capital, St. John’s – English Harbour.

The penthouse suites occupy the upper floors of the three central buildings. These 2,300 sq ft suites are accessed through a central fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Two full bedrooms lead off from the main living space behind louvred panel doors. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet.

The kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances and all the necessary utensils allows you to prepare meals for yourself or your family. The suite has inside and outdoor dining tables depending on the weather. The Penthouse Suites are also equipped with Illy espresso machines.

Each penthouse enjoys a very spacious rooftop balcony with breathtaking views of the Falmouth Harbour and the surrounding hills. Each comes with a love seat and coffee table, 4 sun loungers, and an outdoor dining table with a large market umbrella for a little shade.

These suites are ideal for families or friends travelling together. Bedding options include a King Bed or 2 Twin Beds in each of the two bedrooms. Max occupancy for this room is 4 adults or 4 adults sharing with 2 children.

Additional room amenities include walk-in closets, luxury bath amenities, high-speed complimentary WIFI, cable TV, and Bluetooth speaker. The Walk-in closets are appointed with bathrobes and slippers. A safe, iron and ironing board are standard.  Complimentary coffee, tea and bottled water are included. A minibar with other snacks and beverages is available, with items charged as used.
