Pimento Villa is a beautiful Caribbean-style villa, situated in the Harbour View development adjacent to the Jolly Harbour resort with its vast range of amenities located on the West Coast of Antigua. Pimento Villa is perfectly positioned to take full advantage of some of the island’s most spectacular beaches including the stunning Darkwood Beach and the two-mile-long picture postcard Jolly Beach where you will find a large range of water sports available as well as popular beach bars. The villa itself is set on 9000 square feet of land with the house approximately 2000 square feet. The villa has been tastefully decorated and furnished and includes a fully fitted modern kitchen. It has four good-sized bedrooms with the master bedroom having ensuite facilities plus further two guest family bathrooms.
The open-plan living area is bright and spacious with patio doors opening onto a covered outdoor dining area which in turn leads into a generous size deck completed with a swimming pool.
Set amidst an array of palm trees and tropical plants it is the perfect setting for an afternoon of relaxation or an evening meal watching a breathtaking Antiguan sunset. In addition, the villa has been fitted with hurricane shutters and has air conditioning installed throughout.

Jolly Harbour is a thriving resort village with a wide range of facilities within the gated community situated on Antigua’s famed west coast. Along with a variety of bars and restaurants, you will find an international supermarket, pharmacy, bank, souvenir shops, gym and sports centre, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, tennis and squash courts and The Jolly Harbour Golf Club which has an 18-hole championship course.

It is also home to some of the island’s most prized beaches, including Jolly Beach, one of the longest and widest beaches on the island, and a truly idyllic white sand beach lapped by the perfectly clear aquamarine Caribbean Sea.
