Situated on the beach, this ground-level Condominium 49A at Antigua Village has enough space to sleep up to three guests. Inside you will find a newly renovated one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit carefully curated to complement the beauty of the beach and surrounding gardens. Naturally, they serve as an inspiration for our colour palette, which is essentially Caribbean; a mid-tone, subdued, emerald aqua-green with a hint of blue undertone. Our colours for painting, furnishing, and accessorizing were purposely selected and paired with white and sand tone accents that summon you to relax. Beyond the lawn, the only separation between the property and the white sand beach of Dickenson Bay is the low, white picket fence.

The furnishings in the living room artfully connect with the outdoor furniture blending the indoor and outdoor spaces while providing an unobstructed view of the Caribbean Sea. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with a dedicated workstation, solid Wi-Fi for working remotely, cable, a 55” smart TV and comfortable seating. Outside highlights include a patio for alfresco dining, outdoor loungers, and views over the resort’s tropical garden and Dickenson Bay beach.

This Condominium is staffed with daily housekeeping service.
